The body develops within fluid processes.
At the beginning, there is a cell.
A living boundary.
An inner space.
An ongoing exchange.
This practice stays close to the cell
as a felt experience.
PRACTICE
Begin where you are.
Let your body settle.
Bring your attention
to the space inside your skin.
Just stay with it.
You can sense:
space
movement
subtle vibration
Stay there for a while.
At some point,
allow the image of a cell to come in.
A boundary.
An inside.
An outside.
Stay with the relationship:
inside / outside
You can let your attention move
between these.
Notice what holds the boundary.
Notice what moves across it.
Stay simple.
From here,
you can sense a center.
Somewhere
information gathers.
You do not need to name it.
Just sense:
center
and edge
Allow a movement to begin
from this relationship.
Maybe from the center.
Maybe from the boundary.
Follow it.
Let it change.
At some point,
you may sense
that something moves from inside
towards expression.
Stay with that direction.
Do not make it bigger than it is.
Pause.
Stay still.
Let the experience settle.
ATTENTION
Where do you sense a boundary?
Where do you sense exchange?
Where does movement begin?
NOTE
You can stay with simple relationships.
Inside.
Outside.
Center.
Edge.
Movement.
Pathing through.
